Outdoor Volunteer Events

The Outside Las Vegas Foundation and its partners share a vision of a community in Southern Nevada that enjoys, values, and protects its special outdoor places.

Over the last 10 years, Southern Nevada has made a large public investment in open space and trails. The Foundation specializes in both small and large outdoor volunteer events within southern Nevada that engage the community to care for and become proud protectors of their natural spaces.

OLVF is committed to ensuring that the public trail and open space systems maintain a high level of quality and are seen as valuable resources for each resident and visitor.

  • I have enjoyed the Outdoors all my life, hiking, backpacking, camping, fishing, and canoeing. I volunteer in the Outdoors as both a payback for all the good times, but also a pay-it-forward for my kids and generations to come.

  • I like the presence of mind the outdoors brings me. It allows me to slow down, take in my surroundings, and be in the present moment. Yes, I volunteer, because I want this land to remain beautiful for future generations.
